Client Safety & Covid19

Wind in the Willows Spa & Boutique is taking every precaution necessary, to insure the safety of our Spa guests and our staff, during this time of Covid 19.

We are implementing all Government Health Protocols which pertain to re-opening for Spa guest services.

Upon re-opening, spa guests who were cancelled at the beginning of the pandemic will be contacted first to arrange their appointment. Following this, we have a waiting list of Spa guests to book the first available appointments. We have also added an additional day for safety of everyone and allow space and time for appointments.

Wind in the Willows Spa will contact you as soon as it is safe to re-open for services.

All spa guests will be screened before booking appointments, by our guest services coordinator.

When you arrive for your appointment, please arrive as scheduled, if you are going to be late we may have to reschedule.

All spa guests will be greeted as they enter, to check their temperature using a temperature gun.

 We are asking that all spa guests bring a mask with them to their appointment.  If you don’t have one, you will be provided with one which you will be required to wear at all times, unless there is a condition that prevents one from wearing a mask.  Cloth masks are acceptable.  All Spa guests will be given fresh slippers and gloves to wear unless your treatment requires that they need to be removed during services.

Our Team Members

Our team will be wearing fresh uniforms daily and dedicated shoes.

All staff will be required to be self-screened daily. Temperature checks will be done with staff, before starting their day.

All staff is required to wear a mask and trained in safety and disinfecting protocols.

We will continue to wash and dry our linens, towels and slippers at high heat.

All surfaces are disinfected between every client.

Disinfecting wipes are available in each room, trolley, and manicure stations and throughout the spa.

There is a barrier at the desk so that you can pay for your service and rebook appointments.

All magazines and literature have been removed.

Our waiting/tea room will be closed. Coffee and Tea are served in disposable cups.

We will continue with our “day before you’re appointment reminder, phone call”, and that will give us the opportunity to inform you of any further instructions, pertaining to your arrival and upcoming service.
